* Excellent Organization and planning Planning skills
* Strong leadership, training and coaching skills.

* Curious of learning and stay up to date with new technologies.
* Takes pro-active approach, Self-directed.
* Technical skills in all engineering aspect with few specialties, software usage and reporting.
* Able to work in a fast past environment with limited resources.
The Chief Engineer is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of the hotel facilities building structure, machinery and all mechanical, electrical system in accordance to brand standard. Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance plan. Reporting and advising on adjustment needed to maximize hotel?s profitability & Energy Sufficiency in the best sustainable way possible ?as well as guest satisfaction and service provided by the team.
